Whimsical Quest – Refund & Ticket Policy

At Whimsical Quest, we want your journey into the realm to be as stress-free and magical as possible. This official Ticket & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding booking cancellations, flexible ticket transfers, and exceptional circumstances for our wizard themed events. Because our experiences feature limited time-slot capacities and live performers, we have structured these terms to maintain fairness for both our actors and fellow travelers. Please review our policies below before purchasing your tickets.
 
Thank you for choosing to embark on a journey with Whimsical Quest. Because our quests utilize live performers, timed ticketing slots, and limited capacities to ensure the best possible experience, we operate under a strict ticketing policy. Please read our guidelines below regarding refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers.

1. Cancellation by the Guild (Full Refunds)
If Whimsical Quest is forced to cancel an event, route, or specific time slot for any reason—including severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues—all affected ticket holders will be notified immediately. In this scenario, you will receive a 100% full refund automatically processed to your original method of payment.

2. Standard Ticket Purchases (Non-Refundable)
All ticket sales are final once purchased. Because your booking secures a specific time slot and limits availability for other seekers, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, book the wrong time, or are unable to attend.

3. Passing Your Ticket On (Easy Transfers)
While tickets are non-refundable, they are completely transferable! If you cannot make your quest, you are welcome to give or sell your tickets to another party of adventurers.

  • No Name Swaps Required: The new attendees simply need to present the original booking confirmation or digital ticket at the start line to begin their quest.


4. Special "7-Day Sold Out" Return Policy
We understand that plans change. To help adventurers who can no longer make it, we offer a special return window under the following condition:

  • If the event day is completely sold out and your request is made within 7 days of the event date, you may return your tickets to the Guild.

  • We will release your time slot back onto the website. Once those tickets are successfully purchased by another group, we will issue you a full refund.


5. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that life can be unpredictable. The Guild may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund or rescheduling a booking under truly exceptional or extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies). If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team as early as possible before your scheduled slot with your booking reference and details.

6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
To maintain a safe and steady flow of foot traffic along the quest route, groups must arrive on time for their designated slot.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you into the next available slot, but this is not guaranteed.

  • No-shows or groups arriving too late to be accommodated will forfeit their tickets without a refund.
